Cancellation Policy

  • In general, if we receive more than 24 hours written notice from you of cancellation of any session, we can (1) reschedule the session, or (2) refund the session fee. You can email us at ‘info@owlsglobal.com’.
  • When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that our teaching team can no longer offer to other individuals. To be fair to our teaching team, we cannot offer refunds for sessions missed, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
  • If an OWLS Global team member needs to cancel or reschedule any session with you, we will (1) notify you by email more than 24 hours in advance, whenever possible, and (2) attempt to reschedule the session at a time which is convenient for you. When we need to cancel a session, you can choose to reschedule or to request a full refund.
