Gmail Email Accounts – Help Us Please?

This is a special request to our many OWLS Global Inner Circle members who use Gmail email accounts.

First, we want to say “Thank you” for registering to receive OWLS Global messages.

The Good News: Gmail leads the industry in protecting users from unwelcome messages.
The Bad News: Many (well over 50%) of Gmail-using friends who register to join our OWLS Global email lists may never see the messages we send.

How can you be sure to receive our messages? We’re asking you to take a moment to do three things: [See illustrations below]
  1. Reply by sending an email to bryan@owlsglobal.com AND/OR Add bryan@owlsglobal.com to your Google Contacts list.
  2. Look for OWLS Global messages in your “Promotions”, “Social” or “Forums” folders, and move, them into your “Primary” folder.
  3. Check your Spam folder. If you find our messages in Spam, please
    1. Mark them “Not Spam”, and
    2. Move them into your ‘Inbox’

Thank you!

How does this help?

This helps in two important ways:

  1. You can be confident that your OWLS Global messages will reach your Inbox.
  2. You are telling Gmail’s automated filters that OWLS Global’s messages are not ‘Spam’ – not for you, and not for other Gmail receivers.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

[NOTE: If you ever do decide you don’t want to receive our emails, PLEASE use the “Unsubscribe” link. We guarantee that our “Unsubscribe” link will work – instantly. For a small organization like OWLS Global, have messages marked ‘Spam’ can cause us very serious problems. Thank you for your understanding.]
